Sandy Minardi is a licensed insurance professional with Sandman Financial. Sandy has decades of experience in marketing and advertising, from owning an advertising agency to working in broadcasting. She worked for a recent Congressman in Oklahoma’s First District. It was there she realized the importance of helping individuals navigate Federal issues and red tape. That passion led her to tackle another complex issue for many people - retirement planning. In addition to running the independent agency, Sandman Financial, Sandy is the Founder/Executive Director of a 501(c)3 women’s ministry, the Many Faces of Love, a published author and public speaker. Sandy resides in the Grand Lake area with her husband, Joe. When she’s not busy with client’s or women’s ministry, she enjoys golf and bicycling and enjoys spending time with friends and family – especially the grandkids!
Joe Minardi

Joe Minardi left retirement to help meet the need of assisting clients with Medicare Supplement plans. Joe is a partner and licensed agent with Sandman Financial. He has decades of experience in business ownership, building profitable small businesses in the home improvement industry. His ability to organize, train sales staff, and produce profitable operations led him to opening and operating several sales offices throughout the United States with AMRE at one point in his career. His ability to quickly assess someone’s situation helps him pinpoint the perfect Medicare strategy for the clients of Sandman Financial. Joe is still about halfway retired (so he says). He resides with his wife and partner, Sandy, in the Grand Lake area in Northeast Oklahoma. When he’s not helping clients with Medicare issues, Joe is enjoying fishing, playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
